Turkey's and other foul are carried fresh delivered several times a week to us.

Vermont grown Turkey is a seasonal item (Thanksgiving through Christmas)  Sizes range from 11 to 35 pounds.  Advance orders are appreciated. 

We also carry Cornish Game Hens, Fresh Duck( averaging 4 to 6 pounds) and Fresh Fancy Capons.  Aversgae sizes on Capons is 6 to 8 pounds.
